I am an experienced corporate attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions and general business counseling. I have served as the principal legal advisor to businesses across a wide range of industries, coordinating all the client\'s legal matters, including strategic transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, litigation, finance, executive compensation employment matters, intellectual property, government regulation, estate and succession planning and real estate. I have worked with clients in numerous industries, including food manufacturing and co-packing, spirits, industrial and manufacturing, mining, pharmaceuticals, waste management, and financial services, and they include both domestic and foreign companies. My area of specialty is representing business owners through the full scope of the sale process, from pre-sale preparation, tax planning and diligence through bid solicitation, document negotiation and closing.
