He has over 36 years of leading federal departmentwide (Cabinet level) human capital initiatives for the departments of Justice, Homeland Security, Transportation and Commerce. His work experience and education form a strong foundation for the necessary skills to listen, observe and ask powerful questions that help others achieve their personal and professional goals. Experience Randy has assessed, coached, and provided career and professional advice to hundreds of entry-level employees to senior executives in the federal government. He advised Chief Human Capital Officers, Chief Learning Officers, and top leadership to ensure that their respective agencies/components developed and advocated a culture of continuous learning to attract and retain high performing employees.
