Developed and implemented a highly successful regional product features-customer loyalty program for what was at the time the premium pickup bed protection manufacturer in the US light truck market. Upon witnessing our success regionally, the upper management of the manufacture rolled out an almost identical national new car dealer promotional program thru independent dealers and distributors.
