Work with executives and senior management on the implementation of key strategic initiatives related to National Banking Expansion and Digital channels to ensure risks are timely identified, documented and mitigated before deployment.\\\\n\\\\n• Collaborate in a fast-paced agile environment with Experience Owners to ensure key stakeholders such as other Risk SMEs and Legal teams were properly engaged and clearly understood how risks were going to be managed throughout the initiative lifecycle.\\\\n\\\\n• Serve as the business line risk and compliance subject matter expert for Citizens Access products (Savings, CDs and Checking) that are offered and serviced thru online banking, call center and digital mobile app.\\\\n\\\\n• Partner with business line stakeholders to understand and manage risks and controls either by accepting risks or implementing mitigating activities. Key responsibilities includes:\\\\n\\\\n• Collaborating in the annual Risks and Controls Self Assessments (RCSA) to proactively identify emerging and material risks.\\\\n• Continuously monitoring the control environment effectiveness and risk profile to ensure it remains within an acceptable risk appetite level.\\\\n• Working with partners on developing actions plans to improve control environment, and tracking and reporting on risk appetite metrics and other risks program components.\\\\n• Serving as the primary contact for compliance assurance, audit and regulatory examination activities.\\\\n• Reviewing and approving marketing materials, disclosures, notices and alerts to ensure compliance with consumer protection requirements.\\\\n\\\\n• Team up with executives and key stakeholders to build and maintain a strong risk and control culture in the business line.\\\\n\\\\n
