   It is not just our motto, but the foundation of our business-because your investment is your future, we make it our focus.”In 2008 my partner, Bill Nelson, and I recognized the need for a reliable Property Management business in the surrounding Eugene and Springfield areas; and R&R Properties of Eugene, LLC was born. Since that time, we have grown to be a leader in not only the Property Management business, but also in the Real Estate market, consistently ranking in the top 5% of companies and top 1% in team sales in all of Lane County (statistics taken from RMLS). Our focus has always been on placing qualified tenants as quickly as possible and pricing your home competitively. Our reputation for keeping your home in good condition, and lessening the vacancy period, has allowed us the opportunity to grow our business rapidly through referrals. Our rental portfolio is comprised mostly of higher end rental homes and residential homes. However, we do also manage several duplexes and multi-family homes.
