For a decade, GWI has been the leading authority on the multitrillion-dollar wellness economy—providing free, trusted research to empower wellness worldwide. Now, through their 10 for 10 Campaign, I\'m thrilled and honored to help fuel the next decade of impact, support their mission and ensure wellness research remains accessible and transformative for all. Wellness Ambassadors worldwide represent their countries and communities and play a critical role in GWI’s mission to empower wellness worldwide.

ABOUT RANDI GOLD
I build scalable growth strategies for mission-driven organizations.For more than 25 years, I have operated at the intersection of revenue architecture, strategic partnerships, media leadership, and nonprofit development. My work has focused on transforming strong vision into disciplined execution aligning funding, governance, compliance, and measurable impact.I have led multi-million-dollar revenue teams, structured diversified capital strategies, secured major gifts, and built public-private partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors. Throughout my career, one belief has remained constant: opportunity should not be proximity-based. Access must be intentional. Pathways must be designed.Today, I serve as Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Maritime Program Development for Captain Sandys Charities.In this role, I lead the statewide expansion of a K–12 maritime workforce pipeline through programs such as Ocean Rangers and Steering Toward Success. These initiatives introduce elementary, middle, and high school students — particularly non-college-bound youth — to high-demand careers across the maritime and marine science sectors while building early employer connections and workforce readiness.The maritime industry faces a significant talent shortage. At the same time, many students lack visibility into viable, high-growth career pathways. Our work is designed to close that gap through scalable education models, industry alignment, diversified revenue strategy, and accountable governance.Our long-term vision, shared with our Founder, Captain Sandy, is bold and clear: every student, in every nation, will have access to our curriculum. Access should not depend on geography, zip code, or economic circumstance. If a child is willing to learn, we are committed to ensuring a pathway exists.I am also proud to continue supporting organizations whose missions have shaped my leadership perspective, including the Global Wellness Institute, dedicated to empowering wellness worldwide through preventative health education, and the American Heart Association, a relentless force for longer, healthier lives.My leadership approach integrates:• Strategic partnership development• Revenue and capital growth design• Board-level governance and compliance• Workforce pipeline architecture• Impact measurement and scalabilityService matters.
