ABOUT RANDI INNISS

As the Director of Product Management at Tower Education Technologies, Randi Inniss is responsible for ensuring that product features successfully move from concept to reality. She collaborates with executive team members and higher education subject matter experts to develop an agile product roadmap and backlog of features for an integrated platform consisting of a collaborative project management tool for educators and a learning management system. Ms. Inniss creates prototype content and works with design team members to schedule prioritized product design enhancements. Leading the product team, she works with quality assurance analysts, business analysts, and project managers to ensures the Tower Portfolio includes depth and breadth of the industry’s needs. She works with software developers to communicate product specifications for product releases. Additionally, she leads technical writers, designers, and analysts in the development and maintenance of the product\'s end user support documentation and regularly monitors end user support. Upon joining Tower, Inniss served as the Senior Business Analyst where she specialized in analyzing client requirements, delving into specificity to bring technology to bear to meet those needs. She devised and created cutting-edge technological solutions to meet organizational objectives and was promoted to Business Relationship Manager. Before joining Tower, Inniss’ entrepreneurial spirit founded Cognoscenti Management, LLC where she has successfully provided exceptional small business support services for over a decade. Inniss excels in stakeholder collaboration facilitation, asking the tough questions, and showing a deep understanding of workflows for efficient outcomes. Inniss earned the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC), is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and currently serves as the VP of Sponsorship for the IIBA South Florida Chapter.
