I design and scale operating models that make work flow — and I lead the teams and systems required to make them stick.My work focuses on building operating systems that function in the real world, across people, platforms, and incentives, so organizations can move from reactive execution to predictable, measurable performance. Much of my work sits between operations, technology, and leadership — identifying where systems break down, why teams rely on heroics, and how to replace that dependence with scalable, durable design.My impact spans operational throughput, compliance and risk reduction, staffing and capacity modeling, system adoption, and organizational clarity. I am often into roles overseeing groups where accountability is fragmented, complexity is high, and leaders need a clear operating model that teams can execute against with confidence.I’m most effective in environments where durable systems — not individual effort — are the difference between progress and burnout.
