Throughout my career, I have served in wide variety of leadership and staff positions - Marketing Manager/Coordinator, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Long Term Post-acute Care (LTPAC) Administrator, Consultant, and Senior Vice President of Consulting Operations. These diverse opportunities to serve in the technology, LTPAC, and wide format printing professions have helped me develop a unique set of customer service, analytical, training, teaching, content creation, consulting, marketing, management, leadership, and sales skills. Together they have enabled me to work effectively with teams to seize opportunities and convert them into positive results in operations, product/brand promotion, staff productivity, customer satisfaction, education and training, and financial performance. As a marketing, business development, and account management professional, I have taken the lead, often working with other department heads and their teams to develop marketing strategies, practices, and plans from the ground up, laying the foundation for further growth and development of the company, its customers and prospects. As an administrator of LTPAC facilities in four states, I worked with incredible staff to achieve improved bottom line performance, census growth, service quality, regulatory compliance, and community reputation. As a leader, I see myself as a multiplier, helping others grow and expand in their responsibilities while contributing to the achievement of common goals, team aspirations, and quality care. As team member, I encourage and support my colleagues. As a consultant and SVP, I helped LTPAC providers across the country significantly grow the bottom line through one-on-one consultations and seminars before large and small audiences, and written communication. Most rewarding was leading teams of amazing professional consultants who were able to succeed in improving the financial strength and market position of their LTPAC clients.
