PRINCE2 accredited business change and service transition project manager, with extensive experience in delivering strategic and high value global off-shore transformations and service redesign programmes into Global shared services centres for FTSE-100 clients (Premier Farnell), Cap-Gemini Global Consulting and Nottingham City Council, as well as managing their client and strategic 3rd service party providers building collaborative partnerships and delivery of centric projects.I am a pro-active, self-motivated and dynamic individual, with the ability to lead and influence business change in diverse and challenging environments, managing difficult stakeholders to an adoptive state and building successful teams.
