As Director – Government Advisory Services, I lead the North States & Union Territories (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and Ladakh) for Government Advisory Services. I represent the Core Leadership Team for the Government Advisory practice and work in close consultation with the Senior Partner & India Government Leader to plan and execute the annual business strategy for my geography.My role involves strategic planning for yearly business targets, identifying high-potential opportunities, and taking key decisions on how best to approach the territory—whether through direct client relationships or by leveraging strategic alliances. I continuously assess the business landscape, identify gaps, and implement corrective strategies to strengthen our market presence.As part of my territory strategy, I design the annual business plan by breaking it down into operating zones and aligning targets to each based on potential, relationships, and domain focus. I also emphasize revenue realization to ensure that business generation and cash flow operate in tandem, enabling sustained growth and performance delivery across the advisory portfolio.
