Doctoral candidate in Leadership Studies with 8+ years of experience bridging teaching and administrative roles in higher education, and 4 years of experience in association management. At Concordia University Texas, I simultaneously served as an adjunct faculty member and Director of Career Services—building comprehensive programs that served 1,600+ students while teaching leadership theory, career development, and other business courses, including human resource management and business ethics. This dual role taught me to design learning experiences grounded in both pedagogical innovation and real-world outcomes. In the classroom, I developed instructional strategies using experiential learning, including arts-based approaches, simulations, community-based methods, reflective portfolios, and strengths-based coaching.
