Global talent acquisition responsibility which includes (and of course never limited to) soup-to-nuts candidate sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees for an industry-recognised IT security company. I also lead the coordination of our internal communication activities as well as our employee training and development tracks. Graylog= Log Management done right, DevOps done right, Security Analytics done right, SIEM done right, and most recently through our acquisition of the @Resurface.io platform API Security done right. Graylog is on an exciting growth trajectory of which I\'m honoured to be part of. 2022 saw us grow our employee base by almost 50%. Although we have offices in Hamburg, Munich, London, Houston, and Boulder, Graylog is a remote-friendly company with employees based from Alaska to Hong Kong. Recent industry recognitions are claiming dual gold from the esteemed 2023 Globee awards in Information Technology and DevOps. Graylog Security was awarded a prestigious Bronze Stevie Award in the Emerging Technology category at the 21st annual American Business Awards and this year at #RSAC2023 we won both Best Solution (SIEM) award and the Cutting Edge DevSecOps award from Cyber Defence Magazine.
