Performed cost and efficiency studies:$7.5MM annual expense elimination in corporate shared services through restructuring IT, HR, Legal, and Accounting functions. 33% reduction in commission processing time by automating Salesforce feeds into calculation engine. Member of “deal team” during strategic partnership and merger & acquisition discussions: Guided investment bankers on pitchbooks and confidential information memorandum (CIM) creation used in strategic initiative activities and investors. Spoke to projections and underlying assumptions during diligence sessions with counterparties. Established an internal business partner network to rapidly request and receive “deal” information.
