Randall previously served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Monumental Sports & Entertainment and as CEO and Commissioner of the Arena Football League. Randall also served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at America Online, where he led critical company-wide initiatives. Randall also has particular expertise representing start-up leagues and emerging sports and helping businesses scale from start-ups to multibillion-dollar enterprises. Randall has handled matters connected to the National Basketball Association (NBA), Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA), National Hockey League (NHL), National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB) and Major League Soccer (MLS).Randall has worked with teams, leagues, local governments and municipalities in connection with arena, stadium and venue development, financing and building improvements. He has negotiated major media distribution deals, affiliate transactions and carriage agreements and other matters related to content distribution and media strategy. Randall has also represented teams and leagues in connection with the legalization of sports betting and transactions with sports betting operators.With a cutting-edge practice, Randall provides strategic advice to help clients navigate the changing media & entertainment landscape.
