Ingest US royalty data from a multitude of sources using proprietary software. Acquire credentials and identify receivables for processing, maintain and archive departmental files in case of audit- Track income for clients- assist Client Services with portal setups, estate plan execution (i.e. Heirs), change of payee, change of address requests. Analyze accounts when potential income isn’t properly flowing and organize data into meaningful reports, as requested- Ensure clients are paid timely and as listed on their agreements.(ie 45, 60, 90-day clients)- Research and attempt to contact clients / representatives so that payments can be released, Assist Legal in working with State and Federal authorities on clients with various issues, update shares and clients when legal disputes are resolved- Research works using ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, MLC databases – assist Copyright to ensure that works are properly registered and claimed, flag any issues with disputes- Work with Sync Department on claiming advertising income using Vivvx (formerly Competitrack) – submitting necessary ad codes and forms to PROs to ensure timely performance payments- When Applicable, ensure “One Stop” synchronization licenses are paid correctly to Master and Publishing entitled parties.
