Vendor Risk Management/Change Management - Monitor on-going vendor practices to ensure vendor is meeting SLA standards - Work with various business units to review/document any risk events and ensure proper escalation levels are met - Lead the Risk Operating Working Group meeting designed to discuss all new risks and points remediation point ensuring timely risk mitigation and closure - Analyze all Key Risk Indicators (KRI\'s) and report any controls issues identified to Operation Risk Management on a weekly basis - Liaise with the business and IT to develop process or system enhancements to address key risks and process GAPs - Develop procedure documents for newly implemented processes to be performed by our vendor - Facilitate change of control requests for all processes that are outsourced to the vendor
