Manage, train and mentor a team of analysts responsible for financial close, forecasting, budgeting, analysis and reporting for HBAN’s Branch network with annual revenue of $2B+, Call Center, Mass Affluent Banking, Multicultural Banking, and all Retail Operations • Partner with Consumer and Regional Banking (CRB) and Finance Leadership Teams to execute strategies to improve performance • Drive analysis to aid in strategic decision making; including identifying and analyzing profitability drivers and working with CRB leadership to create actions plans and recommendations • Partner with CRB leadership to create financial business cases for new strategies and initiatives as well as forecast and track existing strategic initiatives • Maintain regular reporting of Financial Key Performance Indicators for the Retail Banking segment • Work with CRB leadership to set sales and production goals that are aligned to the financial budget as well as design, model and monitor the effectiveness of incentive plans • Facilitate push down of high level annual segment budget to various geographic markets • Conduct periodic product profitability/pricing analysis • Support merger and acquisition (M&A) and other ad-hoc growth initiatives through financial analytics • Collaborate with Strategy, Investor Relations, Finance and Business functions on various reporting and analytical needs for financial data
