Telecommunications engineering and project management professional with 19 years of experience in the industry. I am diligent in remaining on the forefront of our industry in regards to technological advances and the engineering, design and construction considerations that are necessitated by our constantly evolving industry. I have a very broad range of experience in the telecommunications industry, from the engineering and design of the most basic engineering work orders to project management, design and quality control on the largest scale fiber and copper projects for virtually every major vendor operating in North America. I take pride in my ability to adapt to and excel in new work environments, working with new or updated vendor specifications, engineering and design based on new technologies or deployment methodology, quickly learning any new software or systems and becoming highly proficient with the new systems immediately, and my very effective and highly developed inter-personal skills that make me a highly effective engineering or production manager, trainer and/or quality control specialist that never alienates or negatively reinforces a trainee or employee but instead takes the route of \"leading by example\" to show my trainee or employee proper methods, procedures and attitudes.
