Randy is a partner of Quarles & Brady, and a member of the firm\'s Commercial Litigation practice group.Randy represents motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors with respect to vehicle and other product distribution matters. Randy counsels manufacturer and distributor clients with respect to their development of franchising standards, policies, and procedures. He also represents clients on a nationwide basis in a variety of litigation disputes involving the distribution of vehicles. Randy has litigated numerous matters involving challenges to state legislation regulating the motor vehicle industry, and has successfully argued several cases before state supreme courts involving challenges to the constitutionality of state motor vehicle franchise statutes.Randy also has a broad range of experience as a commercial litigator. HIs cases have included matters involving bankruptcy, franchise, professional liability, real estate, and securities issues. Randy regularly is retained by clients to assist them in structuring strategies to resolve business disputes prior to litigation.Randy spends a significant amount of time providing general counsel services for his clients.
