About Randall Davis

I\'m a consultant/inspector in the construction industry. I specialize in waterproofing, but also have many other strengths. I\'m a licensed General Contractor and have 22 years of experience in the CD Industry. I\'ve worked on hundreds of projects ranging from building reconstruction to fenestration testing. I perform tests per the AAMA/ASTM standards (including ASTM E-1105) and participate in various fenestration quality control projects. I specialize in other waterproofing systems like roofing and exterior cladding. I\'m a proponent of green building systems/standards for things like water reclamation and catchment systems. I\'m striving to include green systems in all my future projects. It just makes sense. I\'m a certified window and door installer through the AAMA/ASTM sponsored \"Installation Masters\" program. I\'m also certified to identify asbestos and have been respirator fit tested multiple times. My family business revolved around large scale property renovations. We managed common interest developments and maintained a \"B\" License back in the 80\'s. The company experienced tremendous growth and we accomplished many great things together. I live in the DFW area and spend much of my time as a licensed FAA Drone Pilot. I specialize in construction inspections and real estate photography, but I can capture pretty much anything you can dream up!
