Dr. Bell specializes in real estate damage economics and was retained on Hurricane Katrina, the Bikini Atoll Nuclear Test Sites, the World Trade Center and the Flight 93 Crash Site - the largest climate, environmental and terrorist cases in the history of the world. He measures the economic impact that detrimental conditions have property values. This includes environmental spills, natural disasters, crime, terrorist attacks, landslides, construction defects, eminent domain and other conditions. Dr. Bell was the founder and Managing Director of the real estate damages practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, is a licensed broker and a member of the International Right of Way Association. As a qualified expert in real estate, Dr. Bell has testified in both Federal and state courts. Dr. Bell is the author of the textbook,\"Real Estate Damages, 3rd Edition,\" which is published by the Appraisal Institute.
