I have over 16 years experience working in Quality Assurance, with 13 years being in the Aerospace industry. I have been selected to become a DQR for the following Aerospace customers: Sikorsky, UTAS, Pratt & Whitney, & Pratt & Whitney Canada.I have become an FAA-appointed DMIR for Oxley.I am currently attending UAGC to obtain my Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management.

   Roles include- First Article Inspection (AS9102)- Incoming inspection- In-process inspection- Final inspection- Sikorsky DQR- Certified inspection in accordance with requirement J-STD-001- Run MRB meetings to disposition NCMR reports on behalf of either QA or Production- Perform internal audits for AS9100- Maintain 5S workspace- RMA evaluation for customer returns- Calibration coordination of all items in the facility, including implementation of in-house calibration of various devices such as power supplies- Assisting in coordination of all source inspection from customers and the government, and assisting source inspectors throughout the approval process- Performing RCCA for customer escapes using tools such as the 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams- Contacting vendors for correct certification traceability and inspection document corrections needed- Programming our Video Inspection Machine to write repeatable part programs- Review of Quality instructions, and assist QA manager to edit QMS documents to coincide with AS9100 requirements- Submission of Customer return reversals- Creation of inspection templates for units assembled on our production floor for final inspection- Work with QA manager to maintain customer metrics as well as internal metrics to drive both continuous improvement as well as lean principles- Submission of engineering change requests for part drawings for clarity as well as conformity- DMIR for issuing 8130-3 tags for our TSO & PMA articles- Work Stream Lead for the QA Dept. for implementation and training for new IFS ERP system- Successful completion and certificate for AS9100 Lead Auditor Classes
