Helped start Digital Cinema Audio Mastering. Created multiple workflows for various projects for Post Production. Supervised the Home Theater mixes for Pixar features and the Audio Mastering for Blu-ray/DVD Library services and Disney +. Mixing Hearing Impaired tracks for Digital Cinema presentation.RECORDISTHelped start the Audio Archive department and was a Recordist there for 3 1/2 years. Where we transferred the various audio elements (some just before complete deterioration) to standard film rate 24fps to Simultaneous Digital and analog multi-track tape.Then created the Telecine Department as part of Sound Transfer. Making A-frame dailies and screeners.Created a small profitable job transferring circle take videos for executive dailies viewing. Used that position to help train new employees.
