Mr. Frey has over 36 years experience in Strategy Development, Innovative Solutioning, Engineering Management, Electro-Mechanical and Systems Engineering, supporting, leading, and managing multiple space support equipment programs and spacecraft development programs. Mr. Frey has managed multiple NASA programs with values of 10 million dollars to 300 million dollars. His leadership experience includes managing Integrated Technical Teams and multiple subcontractors to meet and exceed the technical and programmatic goals of the customer. He builds teams that are collaborative and highly competent, resolving all technical, financial, and programmatic issues while maintaining overall program schedule and budget. Mr. Frey’s work includes electromechanical engineering and systems engineering on the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) servicing missions 1 through 3B, robotic end effectors and mechanical systems engineering on the HST Robotic Vehicle (HRV) Program, and mechanism and systems engineering on several classified satellite programs.
