I am currently moving into a new role as Senior Data Architect at Imagine Believe Realize LLC (IBR). In this role I will be supporting Department of Defense contracting efforts and helping IBR work towards a Data Management and AI Center of Excellence. I supported the Department of the Navy (DON) for over 17 years as an analyst for the Center for Naval Analyses (CNA), an operations research analyst for Headquarters Marine Corps and as Deputy Chief Data Officer for the Department. My last 8 months were spent establishing the role of Chief Data and AI Officer- a role in which I was acting until November 2024. Specialties: data governance, AI governance, data management, data analytics, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution process; logistics and sustainment planning, modeling, performance management
