I’m an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering successful projects that meet business goals, improve efficiency, and drive positive outcomes.At Cummins, I lead data center infrastructure projects supporting a leading global cloud and technology company. These hyper-scale data center support projects are related to critical generators and power generation. My primary focus is on strategic planning, risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Currently, my role involves overseeing projects that are worth hundreds of millions of dollars. They involve critical generator manufacturing, testing, installations, programming commissioning with the data center halls, aligning global processes, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes leadership through planning and execution, including on-site delivery, installation, and commissioning of critical power systems. I serve as the primary point of contact at multiple project sites, working closely with electrical, mechanical, and vendor teams to ensure safe execution, on-time delivery, and no disruption to operations. I also manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting, while traveling to different sites to support execution and train Field Project Managers on processes and best practices.In addition to my corporate work, I volunteer my time as a Technical Project Manager at Humanity First USA, where I lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software to improve operational efficiency.
