I drive strategy and adoption of our talent management practices, including our home-grown alignment and goal-setting tool (the V2MOM), Individual Development Plans, Quarterly Performance Check-Ins and Year-End Performance Evaluations and Ratings. Prioritizing high performance across the enterprise requires agile leadership and extensive change management in partnership with numerous cross functional colleagues. We are constantly iterating to make our talent management practices the best they can be both for individual development and for the growth and success of the company.
