Executive Profile: Rana Chreyh is a senior executive with 30+ years of experience leading quality, operations, engineering, and enterprise transformation across medical devices, life sciences, healthcare delivery, and health technology. She has held senior roles including Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Quality Operations, Engineering Leader, and Executive Consultant across startups, Fortune 500 companies, and publicly funded organizations.Rana brings rare end-to-end expertise across enterprise operations, FDA-regulated medical devices, global regulatory requirements, Quality Management Systems (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820), business leadership and digital transformation. Her background spans foundational engineering (development and manufacturing) at i-STAT, global quality leadership at Abbott, and scale-up PMO and execution in complex environments.Rana delivered strategic programs ranging from small, high-impact initiatives to investments in the tens of millions and held P&L accountability.
