Liaise with clergy, educators, tutors, and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication, ceremony planning, and pastoral care; staff services and events. Plan and lead six annual b’nei mitzvah family education programs, managing all aspects of event coordination — including space setup, catering, communication, and family engagement.Coordinate the complex B’nei Mitzvah date selection process for 70+ families annually, balancing pastoral, logistical, and communal needs. Led a full-scale overhaul of B’nei Mitzvah program systems to improve efficiency and better support families. Created a comprehensive b’nei mitzvah family handbook, tutor resource portal, revamped family-facing email templates, and designed tutor scheduling and tracking tools.
