Responsible for implementing a new LMS to transform the company practices into new cost-effective solution leading to efficient processes and enhanced user experience within the digital department of a £10m, medium-sized organization in the education and training industry.Key Duties: • Gathered detailed requirements to understand the needs, wants and goals of stakeholders. • Built a TO-BE target operating model to show the added value of the new LMS features.• Organised and facilitated workshops to gather detailed requirements and documented user stories and process maps during the project discovery phase.Achievements• Migrated to a new learning management system whilst incorporating an ecommerce platform thus increasing sales each month.• Helped stakeholders embed recorded videos into the LMS which reduced the training times.• Successfully developed and migrated the business to a new learning management system (LMS), which increased the student satisfaction.• Created customer journey maps for existing and new system. Comparison showed time saving for students in task completion and meeting deadlines.
