Project management, monitoring and documentation of Broadcast projects.• Act as a technical advisor for DVBS / OTT based broadcast project initiatives.• Represent the department and coordinate with peer departments and customers to ensure effective delivery of project deliverables.• Participate in the Planning, Design and Execution of engineering projects and the implementation of new facilities. Identify and mitigate project Risks.• Act as single point of contact for multiple Project cases and provide feedback on solution requirements, design specifications & operational guidelines.• Provide project health reports along with detailed and High level Delivery Timelines at regular intervals for Executive review.• Manage technical negotiations with Vendors, System Integrators & freelance technical resources. Ensure Tickets are managed until resolution while adhering to Incident and SLA guidelines.• Compilation of operating procedures. Implement and document processes & functionality to provide Business Continuity in case of system failure.• Participate in the continuing design and upgrades of all major systems.• Take a lead role on site as a primary contact for production partners and broadcast crew during the set up and delivery of live events.• Support daily Studio, MCR / PCR, SNG and Out-Broadcast operations• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, routine, and preventive maintenance of broadcast and other technical equipment in the production facility.
