Solving problems is what I’ve always wanted to do, I just didn’t know how. Then I stumbled into the Sales Engineering profession and I understood that I found my calling. More specifically, I like to: 1- Help customers by doing a proper discovery to diagnose the problem instead of fixing the symptoms, then allowing the customer to build a vision of the solution. 2- Help other Sales Engineers, initially through mentoring, then by creating my website - WeTheSalesEngineers.com.
