Embedding energy optimization in facility management through contractual KPIs- Delivering a common energy monitoring platform across the organization to support energy efficiency- Redefining and transforming energy efficiency across multiple business functions to achieve energy and cost savings- Carbon Psychology for the development of process and behavioural change- Carbon Literacy to develop a learning agenda to increase awareness of carbon and sustainability across the organisation- Thought leadership and initiatives to achieve short, medium, and long term ambitions.Developing competencies, instilling productivity and dynamism to achieve impacts.
