Monitor and troubleshoot file processing in FIS IP using the Job Management System (JMS); resolve transmission/validation errors. Confirm automated acknowledgments (email/file) for all submissions and investigate missing confirmations. Duplicate Payment PreventionAnalyze and release jobs suspended as potential duplicates in JMS; escalate confirmed duplicates to prevent reprocessing. Client Escalations & RequestsAddress client inquiries on payment status, file errors, and web interface access. Process exceptions (check pulls, cancellations, SLA overrides) with audit trails. Production Incident ManagementTrack issues in Snow/Jira, driving resolution for system outages, processing delays, or data discrepancies. Go through the moveIT and server logs to find the key issues.Coordinate with development/implementation teams for root-cause analysis and client comms.
