I troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and access-related issues within Windows 10/11 enterprise environments, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth user experience.My responsibilities include managing service desk tickets, supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, and authentication tools), configuring user access through Active Directory and Azure AD, and assisting with device setup, system configuration, and endpoint management using tools like Intune and SCCM. I also support troubleshooting for VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and workstation devices.I focus on efficient troubleshooting, clear communication with non-technical users, and proper documentation to reduce repeat incidents and improve IT operations.I am passionate about delivering reliable desktop support, endpoint stability, and excellent end-user experience in fast-paced enterprise environments.
