   Project design starting with schematic design thru construction administration for full spectrum of projects including High rise Commercial, Residential, Retail, Educational, Healthcare, Mission Critical Facilities and nursing facilities located in various states. Apply extensive knowledge of Energy, Building and local codes to produce permit documents. Perform engineering calculations, specifications and oversee design documents development. Coordinate project design phases with design team members and utility. Prepared load calculation for Electrical Service, sketched distribution riser diagram, electrical room size. Develop documents including power and lighting drawings, one-line diagrams, panel schedules, specifications, permit applications and utility coordination. Provide markups and/or design direction to drafters. Utilize in-depth knowledge of National Electrical Code, Washington State and City of Seattle Energy Codes, IECC. Done short circuit rating calculation, over current protective device coordination, Arc flash studies, voltage drop calculation using SKM Power tool. Developed Code Compliant Lighting control system and reviewed the shop drawings during construction. Diesel Generator sizing based on the emergency load calculation. Evaluated the Lightning Risk assessment and Designed lightning protection system based on NFPA 780. Designed the grounding system riser based on NEC 250.Prepared Lighting energy compliance forms, ComCheck forms, based on various Energy codes: Title-24, Seattle and WA State Energy code, IECC. Worked on concurrent projects across the country and handled various Design build projects effectively.
