Together, they shaped how I help people and organizations thrive.I’m a passionate HR professional who blends science with strategy to support inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplaces. I hold an MSc in Work & Organizational Psychology (University of Nottingham) and a Postgraduate Certificate in HRM (Sheridan College). Currently pursuing my CHRP designation, I’m building a career rooted in human-centered systems, data-driven insights, and purposeful workplace culture.Here’s what I’ve been up to: Supported multi-departmental HR operations (HR, HSSE, L&D, QA) with process optimization and continuous improvement projects. Co-developed and administered custom psychometric assessments in diverse sectors to improve candidate-role fit. Certified in Psychometric Test Use by the British Psychological Society, with a focus on ethical, evidence-based assessment practices. Certified in Multi-Model Interviewing by the Rail Safety Standards Board, UK, with a focus on structured behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.🧠 Created cultural surveys and training content to better understand workplace dynamics and help teams improve culture and employee experience.
