A senior business leader with extensive experience driving growth and delivering stakeholder impact, Tadros is president of MetLife’s U.S. Business, where he oversees the company’s industry-leading Group Benefits and Retirement & Income Solutions businesses. Under his leadership, the U.S. Business, which represents approximately 50 percent of the company’s earnings, has delivered consistent growth including the acquisition of managed vision care company Versant Health and the expansion of the pension risk transfer business. Tadros has a proven track record making business decisions that mitigate risk and improve the customer experience while building an inclusive culture in which employees thrive.Prior to his current role, Tadros served as MetLife’s executive vice president and chief risk officer, where he was responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing risk for the enterprise. Earlier, he was the global head of management consulting firm Oliver Wyman’s Insurance Practice and a member of the firm’s operating committee.
