Providing the technical support and demonstrate the features of different engineering equipment helping customers to interpret Blueprints / CAD drawings, P & IDs schematics and specs, in order to help them with materials’ takeoff during initiation and planning / budgeting phases of their different projects. Communicating and negotiating prices with vendors and shipping companies to source needed materials in a timely manner in order to reduce overall cost and to maximize profit. Prepare work orders / assemblies’ instructions for the in-house shop assemblies, monitor the progress during the lifetime of the project ensuring it adheres to the procedure and verify the technician’s test results to meet customer’s expectations. Helping customers with closing their projects by providing test reports MTRs, IOM, COCs and manufacturer final drawings, submittals and invoices.
