   Ramy is dedicated to giving back through philanthropic deeds. He has been recognized both for his continuous contributions and donations — from launching the Small Business Challenge that inspired and supported entrepreneurs to donating $1.5 million to ProMedica Health initiative that funds research and programs targeting income, education, housing, and food insecurity. He, and his wife Faye, were awarded the 2019 Philanthropist of The Year By The Promedica Foundation. He gives directly and generously to projects on the local, national and international stage. A few examples include, the Salvation Army, The Toledo Children’s Hospital Foundation, The Family House, Diabetes Youth Services, The Posada Emergency Shelter, and the Mehdi “Danny” Eidi Centre in Lebanon, which provides much needed medical care to women, children, the elderly, and refugees. Eidi Properties is committed to giving back to the communities that have given so much to us, as our Founder and Father has instilled in us the importance of giving. While we are strong supporters of local and national causes, our philanthropy extends throughout the world. Eidi Properties supported the establishment of The Mehdi \"Danny\" Eidi Center, a medical facility in memoriam of our founder, Danny S. Eidi in the Bekka Valley region of Lebanon. The Center offers affordable medical care such as vaccines, blood work and medical testing, a battered women\'s shelter, as well as free medical care, in honor of our founder. In addition, Eidi Properties is also committed to serving its local community as well. Eidi Properties has served as a corporate sponsors for programs that include March of Dimes, Cherry St. Mission, Hospice of Northwest Ohio and The Salvation Army. It has also founded the Danny S. Eidi & Family Foundation, which supports The Beach House, Assistance Dogs of America, The Cocoon Shelter, F.O.C.U.S. and many other charitable endeavors.
