I am a Masters in Social Sciences with a specialisation in Rural Development and Governance from TISS. I have 10 years of experience in implementing central and state schemes, including NRLM, NRuM, SANKALP, STRIVE, and ZBNF. My key areas of work include project management, stakeholder management, training and development, research and evaluation, communication, rural development, livelihoods, governance, capacity building, design thinking, and strategic management.‍ I am currently working as a State Engagement Officer (SEO) at National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in Rajasthan, India. Previously, I worked as a State Project Coordinator at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to implement SANKALP and UKWDP projects under the Skills India initiative in Uttarakhand, India. I am a certified Excel and Dashboard expert using Power BI and Google Data Studio. I also have professional certifications in Google Project Management and IBM Data Analyst.
