The Institute has four graduate degree programs in public policy and provides public policy conferences, forums and lectures on diverse policy areas, including healthcare, education, energy, and the economy. In addition to serving as Director, Rick is a Lecturer in Public Policy and teaches a course, “Law and Public Policy,” at the Institute and hosts a quarterly radio program, Policy Matters, on WJCT.
