Managing open requisitions, approval process and offer roll out. • Driving end to end onboarding of new joiners along with initial orientation and assimilation programs. • Holding the primary stakeholder role for HR payroll process for India and Japan including but not limited to allowance, deductions, salary revision, incentive, and bonus. • Creating PF accounts for new joiners and submitting the annual return report to respective authorities. • Collaborating with background verification vendor to check new joiner records. • Overseeing annual renewal of Health Insurance, Personal Accidental & Term Life Insurance and updating Insurance partner with new joiner and leavers information on a timely basis. • Governing the exit process for leavers in collaboration with cross functional teams. • Actively supporting the internal complaints committee and global experience partners on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace. • Leading the MIS and automation efforts of employee lifecycle processes in India. • Statutory Compliance management. • Internal & external audit management. • Providing authorized documents such as employment proof, relieving letters, etc. as and when required. • Taking part in discussion with employees pertaining to Comp & Ben, and providing necessary updates in employee connects, townhalls, and the like. • Coaching and mentoring entry level contractors and full timers to improve employee experience.
