Mr. Ben-Nasr\'s responsibilities include quantifying and computing construction costs by analyzing labor, material, equipment and subcontractor quotations and assuring all required tasks are accounted for. Mr. Ben-Nasr works directly with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure complete scopes of work. He prepares and presents estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information and creates special reports, like Value Engineering options,by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. Estimated projects include negotiated and competitive bids as well as conceptual and schematic budgets. When projects are awarded, Mr. Ben- Nasr is accountable for the purchasing and turnover of these projects to the Construction team.
