Online design review with customer, Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines. Die build status update to customer and corrective action plan if required. Trouble shooting of the die trials during the die testing stage, along with the production engineers & Home line support at China and USA. Designed tool for many USA customers when timing is too tight.
