As a member of the Chicago Public Schools Arts Leadership Team, I enjoy getting to know and applying the Fine & Performing Arts School Standards for Success. My focus is on ensuring that these standards are embraced throughout our school community.One of my key responsibilities is to complete the Self-Assessment on the Fine & Performing Arts School Standards for Success at the beginning and end of each year. This practice helps us make informed decisions and plan for professional learning opportunities. I also monitor our schools\' progress in relation to these standards so that we can celebrate our successes.I love collaborating with other arts teachers to share best practices from our Fine & Performing Arts School Professional Learning sessions, encouraging our team to learn from one another. Additionally, I support the implementation of the Standards for Success, helping us achieve those important benchmarks together!
