With over 10 years of specialized experience in HR recruitment, particularly in sourcing and branding within the IT/BPO industry, I bring expertise in volume hiring, niche roles, vendor management, and social media management strategies. Currently, I am leveraging my skills in full-cycle recruitment for the childcare sector while continuing to contribute to HR initiatives.In my current role as a Virtual Recruiter at Sentient HR, based in Markham, Ontario, I focus on full-cycle recruitment operations within the childcare sector. Prior to this, I held positions at renowned IT/BPO companies such as Accenture, Inc. and 24/7 Customer Philippines Inc, where I contributed to recruitment initiatives within the IT/BPO sector.
