Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness through analytical insight.Key Responsibilities:• Construct data driven analysis, modeling, and simulation to support operational decision making across live, virtual, and constructive environments.• Utilize advanced defense systems tools such as ICADS (Integrated Command and Air Defense Simulation) and DIADS (Digital Integrated Air Defense System) to conduct operational assessments, scenario development, and red/blue force interaction analysis.• Apply DIADS and ICADS outputs to evaluate IADS threat representation, develop mission scenarios, and provide analytical insights for test and training events within the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).• Collaborate with Control Room Coordinators to ensure accurate integration of threat systems into operational planning and mission rehearsals.• Provide quantitative assessments and regression style analysis on system interactions, enhancing interoperability evaluations across JSE components (e.g, DIADS, NGTS, and other simulation platforms).• Translate complex datasets and simulation results into actionable recommendations for senior leadership to enhance readiness, survivability, and mission effectiveness.• Offer technical oversight on analytical projects and capability assessments, ensuring robust representation of integrated air defense systems in operational planning.
