Product leader with 10 years’ experience building and scaling marketplace, B2C and B2B2C products across travel, music and creator ecosystems. I’ve led products from 0 to scale, owned complex problem spaces, and driven commercial outcomes across growth, monetisation and platform work.I’ve worked across both early and established environments, shaping new product bets while also optimising and scaling products inside larger organisations. I focus on setting direction, making trade-offs, and moving teams from discussion into learning and impact.I’m known for cutting through complexity, challenging assumptions early, and aligning engineering, design, commercial teams and leadership around what will actually move the business. I work closely with teams to turn strategy into execution and ship products that create real value.I’m most energised when I can own product direction for a problem space, lead cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful outcomes. My approach blends strong commercial judgement with deep user understanding, and I care about building ways of working where teams can move fast and do good work.I’ve worked across travel tech, music, learning platforms and early-stage AI, and I’m always curious about what’s next.
